The process of seeking help can feel daunting, especially when you are in the midst of struggle. But you have already taken an incredibly courageous step: you’re considering therapy.

I hope we can work on your next steps together. I specialize in eating disorders, addiction and emotional disturbance. My approach draws from dialectical-behavioral therapies, is narrative-based and relationally-focused. I work with individuals and families, and I love working with teens. I do this on an individual and group level (please see the “Groups” page for information about the groups I am currently leading).

Our past stories might shape our experiences, but they don’t define our futures. While you are your own author, I can help you edit. We will work together to conquer your story; to rewrite when possible, accept when necessary, and ultimately realize the story you hope to live.
